New beatmaker here, would love some feedback on these 2 beats

1st track everything but the vocal sample is murky, unfocussed and messy in its wandering.
The click kick in the 2nd one is woeful - sorry. The snare sample is about 1985.
I'm listening out of context: what are you using and what are you aiming for?
