Thats a tight beat right there. The percussion is very nicely done. What hardware/software do you use?
 
I have to say that this is one of the best mixes I've heard from you homie.

The melodies are nice, I would try to change it up a little bit more though (I do realize that it's just a small snippet and not a full banger). Throw some synths in there (and maybe an 808 to kick the bass more) to shake it up a bit and add some modern ish to it.

Yeah, I still needta get my sub hooked up so I can work out the qwerks, I'm doin all my mixin' in my headphones. I found a set called "Skull Candy" bitches are wicked.

personally i think you need to add some breaks and more intstruments to the melody

I wanna be a hater so bad and say its not you but i know for a FACT its you because you somehow always make simple melodies hot...9.0/10 once you do all your add ins i dont see why it cant be a perfect 10.
