I've almost finished my latest acoustic treatment project.
Should the blue ones go above or below the brown ones?

I read somewhere that blue absorbs only those frequencies between 900 and 2350 cps.

If you're recording any blues tunes, I'd advise using only the brown and pink (or is that "rose"?).
