Ok, as much as possible, anyway. Here's what I have: Thick concrete walls, above which there is about a foot of just wood frame to the outside. Also fairly "thin" ceiling. I have drywalled the concrete, will drywall the ceiling, but wondering what the best material would be to absorb some sound around the edges that go to the outside and between the floor joists on the ceiling. Aurelex Sheetblock? It seems kind of thin. Thoughts?
