Hey Tim
Listening as I type. Re: the Bambino song... the song itself has a kind of bouncy indie vibe to it which I like, but I think the mix needs some work. In particular the drums--the snare sounds kind of dull and the kick kind of muddy. In fact the whole mix sounds very dry, which may have been your intent, but I wouldn't be afraid to take advantage of some reverb etc. to liven it up. In general, I think there is some low-end build up in the mix that could probably be addressed by some judicious EQ.
Re: 'Alive'... many of the same points above apply. I like this song better than the first. For some reason, the production almost reminds me a bit of Neutral Milk Hotel (check out their great album In The Aeroplane Over the Sea if you haven't already

).
Re: 'Cowboys'... probably the coolest tune of the lot. Call me crazy, but this one almost has a Stonesy feel to it (mostly the vocals).
To sum up, I think the main areas you should look at are:
1) the drum sound. Get the snare to have more sizzle and kill the mud on the kick in favor of some snap;
2) clean up the low end of your overall mix. I'm no expert (hopefully others will chime in) but I'd start by going through your various tracks and experiment with some cuts in the low-mids
One other thing, I'm pretty sure you're recording just about everything using dynamic mics. Invest in a LDC, it will do wonders for situations that benefit from clarity (esp. vocals).
