Need Quick Help!!!

Ok I need this demo done today by 4, how do you export my song from the cool edit pro session file to MP3!??? Ive tried save/as .mp3 but thats not working!! quick responses would be much appreciated!! Thanks in advance!

try doing a mixdown of your session then save ur mixdown file to the format of your choice.

What version of Cool Edit your using ?

Save your mixdown as a wav file.

Then run Save As on the same mixdown. You have to select mp3 from the list of file format options. Click okay. If you do it right, you'll get a popup warning you that you're saving in a compressed format.

Heads up: Cool Edit will remember that mp3 setting, and the next time you save a mixdown, it'll save it in mp3 unless you switch back to wav.
