Need plans for iso box

Im moving back to michigan for college and i need a scematic or a tried and true spec for an iso box for my guitar tracks.

The reason is because i cant acoustically treat the room and the room at my grandmas has horrible acoustic qualities.
 
If you do a search there have been a few good threads on ISO boxes.

My 2 cents is to skip it. I tried to build one and although it served the function, it didn't do it well. The low frequencies would boom around and not stay isolated very well and the sound was never the same as if i were recording a speaker in a room.
Riviera has a video about this on their iso box write up on their webpage and they talk about how in a tiny box, there is not enough volume of air for the speaker to move properly, as it pulls from one side of the baffle, the air pressure on the other side pulls it back.

Anyway, my last couple amps have been Egnater's and the Renegade has a record out function with speaker emulation that is better than i have heard through an iso cab. The Rebel 30 has one with a load built in so it can go to an interface or mixer or whatever and be completely silent. I highly recommend these, as the amp sound great and that feature is really handy. Note that the renegade still needs a load so it much be passed through to a speaker or a load like an attenuator. Teh rebel 30 can sit on its own.

what if i where to put a 2x12 can into an isolation booth?
the thing is i really dont need it because of the volume issue but because of the constuctuin issue i cant do anything to alter the room
 
i looked at the cost of building a solid one, and decided a used one made more sense.

i bought a Demeter Silent Speaker

i added the auralex sound treatment on the interior, to cut down on reflective waves.....

i have (3) different speakers i can load in it, rated from 100 watts all the way down to 15 watts (a Eminence Legend)

i prefer the low watt speakers, and running the iso cab at lower volumes.
too much volume inside, i don't care what the dimensions are, it's going to sound compressed.
