Need knobs for Yamaha MG102C

Hi, does anyone know where I can get a couple of these knobs for a little Yamaha MG102C mixer? I've looked around online but I haven't yet found them.

I need one green "EQ" knob and one white "channel volume" knob. They both fit on 'D' shape 6mm diameter pot shafts.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
