need help

from a neutral point of view could anyone plz tell me what are some good types of proper music making software. and are easyto use and dont cost too much.

Proper software for recording? Mmm.. I'd say Cubase, then again, for a neutral point of view maybe you shouldn't have come to a Cubase user forum..
I'd suggest you try/search the Newbie section to get some more diverse answers..

Forget Cubase, get Cakewalk SONAR 3 Producer Edition...

well it depends on what you want to make... if you're going for loop based music.. then i'd say ableton live... otherwise... cubase sl is a good bat
