I have a AKG Perception 200, Phonic MM1002a Mixer, and a M-Audiophile 2496...I currently have my recording input from my mixer plugged up to the ins on the 2496...and the 2t rtn plugged up to the output of the 2496...I record with Cool Edit Pro...On my mixer there is two 2trn buttons...I have the left one pushed down...That allows me to hear myself when i record...I have the mic input on 0db with no gain...however when i record the vocals is very low...I was wondering how can i turn up my recording volume through the M-Audio Delta Control Panel...

I don't really follow some of your post, but turn up the gain at the mixer stage until your vocals are peaking around -5db and you should be good....

Yeah the mixer gain knobs control how loud the recorded signal will be.

The delta panel controls how loud you hear the recorded signal while monitoring, and allows you to balance its volume against the volume of other tracks you may have already recorded
