Hello all, I'm new to this forum, I've stumbled upon it while searching google for a solution on how to install Amplitube with Pro-Tools correctly. If anyone may have posted about this subject before, I apologize. If anyone has any input, please, any would help!! I am starting a project studio, and so far I need help with setting up my DAW.

Any and all help is appreciated! Thanks!

I'm not sure about Pro Tools specifically but...

Amplitube should install like any other program. Once you've got it installed and you want to use it in your DAW you select it as a plugin on the track you are recording to and turn on real time input monitoring. Like I said, I'm not a ProTools dude, but I'm sure the concept is the same across the board.

I have a feeling it may be a little more complex than that. I remember reading something about moving amplitube's folders into a plug-in folder for Pro Tools, but I can't find that thread anymore. :( I think Pro-Tools has a tricky installation process for plug-ins. Or it could be my copy. Who knows?
