NEED HELP:Weird problem!

I have a left handed guitar player friend who wants to get an acoustic guitar with a pickup and a cutaway.....
the problem is he plays upside down,the low E to the floor,high E to the ceiling.
Up to this point he has played either right handed guitars or customised left hand guitars.
It seems to me to get an acoustic with the features he wants he'd have to get it custom made because I don't think you can change the bridge over on an acoustic(?)

Does a guitar like this exist?

You can change the bridge on an acoustic. Just get a lefty put a righty bridge on it.

I've known two players who do the upside-down lefty thing. I once got both of them (1 guit, 1 bass) on stage with a lefty drummer. Too bad I didn't have a camera.
