Need Help Slowing Tempo

I am just learning the whole home recording thing. I have a mild recording setup just to keep myself happy.

I have this audio in which I recorded. A cover of an original song. But I am afraid I played it slightly faster than the origina. I was wondering how I can slow the tempo just a tad to get this to match up with the original? Ive read the help content that came with Adobe Audition much to no avail. Can someome please explain what I must do?

In edit view, go to Effects > Time/Pitch > Stretch. play around with that a bit...
