Need Help on equipment value-Husband killed while scuba diving last Nov.

My husband was an awesome sax player and gadget man and the best husband ever and I miss him so much! I have all his music/PA/Recording equipment that I am needing to sell and couldn't face it until now. A band director who played in a Big Band and at church with Tim has come over to look at some of it. I have a spreadsheet that lists much of the equipment and the band directors added the value they thought it had. I also have a Pioneer VSX-451 and a TASCAM 102 I found tucked away and they thought it didn't have value but I see people still selling them. Any help would be appreciated on the pricing or purchase of the equipment on the spreadsheet (in pdf format) and the 2 pieces mentioned above. You have my empathy for your loss; enough said.

It looks like you have a handle on pricing most of the gear.
The R84 is a nice mic at $1000 new and should bring approx $500 - $650 used.
The Shure RSM 200 should bring about 50% of its retail value.
...YMMV - IMHO
And remember, Google is your friend.

I have just gone through the tedium of acquiring about $10K in used and new gear.
My method was to Google it using "shopping" with free shipping. That way I had a reasonable expectation as to the "new" cost delivered to my door. I then considered the items relative worth on the resale market. In particular I dealt with a person 12 hours away selling for a friend who had no idea the value of the property. I used this method to arrive at a fair "street" value. Shipping or at least acquiring the goods has to play into the picture. All three parties involved were satisfied.

Thanks for your quick reply and assurance about the pricing. So the mic I have one is you are interested in? If yes, let's talk. I am moving soon and though a friend has offered to store and sell for me, the more I can sell now will help him out as well.
