I have just got Cubase SX3 and Edirol UA-25 Audio Interface.
I'm pretty sure that I have installed Cubase, and the Audio Interface Driver correctly.

But I have a major problem.

First I start up Cubase SX3, and go to Device>Device Settings to set my audio ins and outs.
I click on the VST Audiobay from the left, and on the top pull-down menu,
I have, "ASIO DirectX Full Duplex Driver", "ASIO Multimedia Driver", and "Ediorl UA-25".
So I choose "Edirol UA-25".
Now, with this setup, I am supposed be able to record audio from my interface. Right???
But when I create an audio track in a new project,
the audio ins are set to be "ASIO Multimedia"
and there is nothing else to choose from in the pull down menu.
Therefore, I cant get any sound go in to Cubase.

Can anyone help me...?

PS. My Native Instruments Guitar Rig works with my interface perfectly when its standalone.

Sounds like you have loaded the proper driver. Next you need to go to your vst connections window and set the input and output channels. You need to make sure that they are set to the correct inputs and outputs that you are expecting to use.

Thanks for your reply!

I went to the VST Input and Output window,
and set it up exactly as same as I did on Guitar Rig.

Then, I created a new project, and an mono audio track,
then it showed "Edirol UA-25 Stereo Input">"R"and"L"
(when I make a stereo audio track, it doesnt show the R and L part)

But, which ever input I choose, Cubase doesnt seem to recieve any sound
from it.
The little meter thing at the very right of the tranport bar stays quiet.

What am I doing wrong???
