Need help loading Sysex files on Roland JV-880

I'm having difficulty sending SYSEX files to my JV-880. Any suggestions?

PC = Windows 7 / 32, lotsa RAM & hard disk space
USB M-Audio Midisport Uno
Bome's SendSX version 1.2

Memory protection = off
RX channel = 1
MIDI RX Switch / Program Change = On
MIDI RX Switch / Program Bank Select = ON
MIDI RX Switch / Control Change = ON
MIDI RX Switch / Exclusive = ON

i see lights on the MIDI OUT of my interface, and Bome's says it's sent 83k or whatever the size of the bank is that I select
