need help for drum loops

i got a loops CD of drum. but i don't know how to use them?
i got gigastudio160, Cool edit pro, cakewalk, cubase, LF. Any one can teach me how to make my own drum kit by using the sample in tht loops CD?
 
A Propellerhead/Steinberg product called 'Recycle' is what you probably want to find. It's about $200 list and will let you split loops into individual drum sounds.

I disagree.

If you download the loops into a cubase session you should be able to loop the given samples(s) by simply repeating the initial clip offered to you.
(Correct me if im wrong but dosent cubase have a tempo detective of sorts?)
I dont think you should have to buy more gear when youve allready got whats required.
