Need Help Extracting Vocals

Ok so i have a Youtube channel where i extract background vocals from a certain bands songs and post them to youtube and people love them

I use Adobe Auditions center channel extractor in it's default "Drop vocals" setting so its only instrumental and background vocals
I sometimes use the Acapella filter to get the other hidden vocals aswell

But there is now another guy doing what i am doing but he is much better than me, he is extracting vocals that i did not even know were there, And i have no idea how this guy is doing it, he was using the same method as me a few months ago, but he has learnt a new method of extracting vocals,
I did not even know it was possible what he is doing
And he does not have the Instrumentals to these songs, so he is doing it completely DIY

So i am going to link you examples of a song in (Normal) and then (My example) and then (His example)
If anyone has any idea what methods he is using, please tell me

(NORMAL SONG) Playing: NormalSong.mp3 - picosong

(My EXAMPLE) Playing: MyyExample.mp3 - picosong

(HIS EXAMPLE) Playing: HisExample.mp3 - picosong

Also...you shouldn't post the same thread in multiple forums...BBS etiquette and all that.
You have this same question in the Mixing Forum, and quite frankly, it's got nothing to do with mixing.

That would be a bit odd
Somebody i am competing with and i'm like "Heyyyy, How do u do thatt?"
 
Maybe google removing vocals from tracks and find other methods? A quick google shows different tools to use to achieve the goal. Trial, error and find the best way for you.

I doubt anyone around here does it.
 
I never listened to them earlier and now wish I hadn't!

Is this guy seriously trying to make a song like the "his" example. Why?
 
I make a pretty tasty hamburger. But this other guy, MacDonald something or other, makes a way more popular burger. Any ideas how I can make a burger like his?
