Need Help - CueMix Causing Flicker in VST Windows

I installed CueMix recently along with a MOTU 828MkIII. Everything works fine except when CueMix is running and I open an effects window in Sonar 6, the window has these flickering lines running horizontally across it. If I minimize CueMix, the lines remain but if I close out of CueMix, the lines go away.

Google searches have yielded nothing and I realize this may be a long shot question but figured I'd check in here to see if anybody has any ideas on how to get this resolved.

So after a day of messing around with this, it turns out there's something called X-Ray in Sonar that is supposed to allow you to change the opacity of certain windows so you can see the controls on the window underneath. By dissabling the X-Ray functionality the flicker went away.

Maybe somebody will find this info useful in the archives someday...
