Need Help Bad...Hooking Mackie into Delta...

Aight...I got a Mackie VLZ Pro 1402 here, and a Delta 66...I just got my cables in today...4 1/4" Mogamis w/ Switchcraft connectors, also got RCAs...

I'm trying to hook up my Delta to the mixer, and the mixer into the delta, as well as my Roland computer monitors into my mixer...but nothing is working...any help please?
 
Channel insert outs plugged halfway in on the mackie out to the Delta inputs.

Delta outputs into a stereo channel on the mackie.

Monitors to Main or tape outs.
