Need help "Arranging" a very small room!!

Ok heres the deal. Im an aspiring artist with tons of crap and little space to work with. I have to work out of my bedroom and with the way i have it now.. it just aint working. Space is limited.

Please help with diagrams as of how i can arrange my room for the most space...
