hey everybody-
ok, so i have so many questions. they range from basic to complicated. i'm trying to set up my pc for recording. this is what i have going on so far:
delta 44
cubase, cooledit & soundforge (but, these are all illegal [apologies to all those who are offended], so i have no manuals & am feeling overwhelmed trying to even record a single track)
a tascam 414 - which i suppose i'll have to use in place of a preamp for a while
sm57
really nice headphones - no monitors, so sad i know
so, i'd like to hear your opinions & recommendations for good resource/reference materials - books or magazines or websites - that you have found invaluable that will explain some getting started, beginner questions.
