hi, i have been doing a lot of recording and writing rock, and i can play everything in the mix exept drums, and I've been using some crappy loops from protools and just can't find anything, does anybody know of a site or pack that has a lot of drum loops and drum fill that would sound professional on the mix?
thanks :thumbs up:

I use Easy Drummer as well. I like to play them out on a electric kit and post edit the loop.

Learning to play the drums is fun as hell. Why miss out on that. Beat off for heavens sake.

Alesis makes a killer kit that can do all the 80's synthetic sounds and they are really user friendly. Simmons and etc. Not many people have the time or space for a great drum room. The smaller kits and pads can get it done.

Try something as simple as an AKAI MPD18. Sixteen little assignable pads that you can drum rhythms out on with pencils of fingers and a fader. I love mine. Also Dr. Octorex is a great tool, but I'm not sure if it's available outside Reason. Gives you 8 grooves and lots of flexibility.
