Piano needs to come down a bit and the rythm section sits to far back in the mix (IMO)

Give us a compressed version. No one wants to wait for 6.3 megs to download.
Drop the reverb. Try listening to the song dry. If you are not already doing it, record dry only.
Sax solo conflicts with "Go Jim Dandy, Go" vocal. Rearrange. Bring in solo between syllables, then let-er rip. You should be writing this out on score paper, not winging it.
I'm not convinced the piano is too loud, but it DOES wants better EQ. Too brite.
Where's the bass? Bass is more important than your ride symbols and crashes.
The reverb and ride cymbals are things to enhance, not hide behind. Drop that ride way down in the mix. Either a separate take, or if the drums are mixed, thru EQ.
Get the basics sound, then enhance with ride and reverb, if there is any room left. Imagine how tight the song would be if there was no "room" left to add reverb and rivet-ride sizzle cymbals.
