Need advice on mixing services.....

Hey guys,
How many of you that charge for mixing include the project file when you're finished? In this case, it'd be the RPP (Reaper) file. I know there are lots of different DAW's, but do any of you include this with the final/mixed wav file? Thanks!!!!

I do bounce the mixed file to wave in a 24/48 and also give the client the whole file though I tend to keep a back up after asking the client if I can keep it, in that case when anything goes wrong I have a back up.
