Need advice on an original song...

I recorded this with Reaper and a Line 6 Toneport. I am kinda new to all this so I can use any kind of advice. My main conern is getting the vocals to fit better in the mix. Does it need more compression or different settings on the compressor? Any advice at all would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

humm. it works for me and people on the other forums. Maybe it's something with your comp.

Not bad!!! kind of a "Friends" feel... Snare is a little muddy, maybe a little hot. The ride could be a little more defined.

Thanks for the advice! I changed some things a little and posted a longer clip to the original post. I'm using EZDrummer so I don't know how to adjust the EQ on the snare. I've used the templates for it but still can't seem to get it to do right. Any more advice would be appreciated!
