Need a Otari MTR-12 MDA Part #

The MDA (motor drive amp) shorted on one of my MTR-12's. There is no part number listed in the manual. The part number listed on the part is an Otari part number. Does anyone know where I can get this replacement part or what a compriable part would be?

Good - I figured it was probably going to be a generic power transistor of some kind. Hope you get it working!
