Hi everyone,

I'm in the music field for some years now and +/- 10 years of home CAM. (not sure if it's the correct translation, I'm french)

I've just discovered Nebula 3. And I'm really feeling like... I get the technical side of the thing but I really don't get the output.

I'm listening to a lot of different libraries demo mix's and in most of the case I can just barely hear a difference (same on headphones, monitoring speakers or Hi-Fi) and when I hear it I just feel like it's totally possible to get this result with classical algorithm based VST.

So my question is, is it a kind of audiophoolery or my ears just can't recognize the famous "real" dbx 165a 20:1 setup compared to a poor and totally dumb algorithmic approximation made by some engineers from Wave ? (sarcasm off)

And also, aren't they just making money on the back of "old loves and memories" ? (yeah, I feel like in the famous <insert studio name> where <insert band name> were using <insert device name>, that's it ! THAT's IT !)(sarcasm really off)

Thank's in advance !
