I'm looking for a cheap mixer to fill in while I save for a better system. I've got a $200 cap that I am trying to stay within. I'd like something that I can use mostly in the studio, but might be capable of live work as well. I'd like to have decent mic pres, but I've got two Tube MP's and one Bellari tube preamp as well that I can use. I am considering some of the Behringer products, or possibly one of the newer Nady mixers. Any thoughts? Specifically on the Nady mixers, has anyone used them? Are they any good?

Thanks - I will consider that. Somehow I knew that the responses I got would have the word "Mackie" in them.

I would like to hear from anyone who has used the Nady stuff - if they have any feedback.

The only thing I have ever owned from Nady is their guitar wireless unit.
That was the first and last time I will ever own ANYTHING Nady.
Sound quality sucked, range sucked, construction sucked. Shit, it just sucked all around.

I guess my point is that Nady sucks.
Nuff said.

Oh and by the way,............

NADY SUCKS.;)
