N-Track with an Omni Studio

When I record through N-Track using both mic pres from the Omni Studio it records it as one track stereo (one mic being left one mic being right). Does anyone know if this is N-track that records it that way or the Omni Studio? Is there a way to take a stereo recorded track and break the L/R into two seperate tracks (mono)?

The inputs on any soundcard will always be grouped into stereo pairs. To seperate them, look for the little setup button under each pair of inputs in the RECORDING VU METER. It will bring up a little dialog box that will allow you to choose between "Stereo" and "Stereo->Two Mono". The "Stereo->Two Mono" is what you're looking for.

Also, n-Track has a "split stereo track" feature somewhere on the main menu bar.
