My very first mix.

Dear,

Recently my band (Welkom bij de officiële ReCover Site) recorded a demo. I have tried to mix one of our tracks (it is a cover from the Dutch band 'De Dijk', named 'Als ze er niet is'.

Actually, this is my very first mix (in Cubase 7). I bought the book 'mixing secrets' from Mike Senior and just applied some of the tips while mixing the song (took me several months).

Any feedback and suggestions are highly appreciated, and based on feedback I will make a new mix and repost. Thanks!

Yes, I think it's quite good balanced. Although, it sounds like much of the music is centered.

Sounds good to me. The acoustic guitar might sound a little too DI'ed, I would grab a mic and mix to taste. Great performance!
