I was planning on buying an m-audio dmp3 and a mic or two plus behringer truths but my car sucked up all my money. I now have about $100 to work with. I really want the dmp3. I was thinking about selling my compressor since i don't record with compression anymore. Is this a good idea?

Why do you need to ask others permission to sell something that you are not going to use??

Off-topic: Everybody lookame!!!......I'm starving for salmon!

I got my dmp3 for 100$ used, CAN. Have a look at every pawn shop you can, you'll probably find it somewhere. Here we even have a pown shop specialised with studio stuff.

In my city pawn shops are a rip... I look for used stuff at the music stores and then work on em for the good price... Pawn shop guys are too tough to bother with...

check out craigslist.com, select your area and the kind of stuff you are looking for. people list stuff they're selling, it's free to list. it's all local people because you select your area. people sell stuff pretty cheap on there.

good luck.
