So I am wanting to spread the word about this thing. I waited a few weeks to give myself time to get over the initial shock of getting a new ax. Well, nothing has changed. I got the see through black model, it looks great. I will say, when I opened it up, I thought, what is the big deal, it isn't as fancy as some of my esp's and ibanez prestige guitars I have owned. Well, I understood after 10 minutes with it in my hands. It has flash, but not overly flashy. There is a reason, for the guy who don't care what his ax looks like, and wants a guitar that plays like a dream, well this is it. I got this guitar because it had everything that I was looking for, and then some. It has the John Petrucci Dimarzio pickups in it, 5 bolt neck, locking tuners, and a non locking tremelo. I love this thing, the neck is like a hybrid combo of an esp's roundness and ibanez prestige's flatness if that makes any sense lol. It is a happy medium, with a contour that fits your hand really well. The tone is great, it looks great, and most importantly, it plays great. It just feels so natural in your hands that you don't want to put it down. I was hoping for a good guitar when I ordered it blindly, and what I got was a great guitar. Guitars come and go, but this one stays, and will probably have a twin soon.
