My second recording ever, please critique!

This is the second recording that I've ever done. I listen to it and there's something holding it back from being perfect (radio quality). I'd be happy to take any criticism that you can dish out. This was recorded in the youth building of my church.

Equipment used:
Emu 1820m Interface
Ramsa Console
Homebuilt P4 2.8GHz
Sonar 4 Producer Edition

Drum mics: Beta52, SM57s, SM81s, Audix D4, KSM27 room mic

Guitar amps miced with 57s, vocals done on the Shure KSM27

Bass done directly out of the head and mic'd cabinet with a 57 and D4.

Not bad at all. Cymbals are a bit crisp for my taste. And just a bit of sibilance on the vocal. But really not a bad recording and mix at all.
