Whereas I'm the inverse of Dave. Multitracking with a DAW, and mixing to Analog. (even though, it's gonna go from analog stereo to digital stereo as well, but whatever.)

Nop. It does not. It can turn bunk to digital gold, though, which leaves you at the end with no bunk and no gold.
I'd stick with bunk as is.
