My quaint floor plan

Yes its small.....Without going into much detail about it, anybody have any thoughts on it? I have read that as far as a mixing room, this is going to be hardly optimal, but its what I have to work with. I decided to split the small space because it is possible I will be recording two things at once, and will need some seperation (plus some other house traffic factors).

Or another alternative. Seems like there is only two choices in this space....Yea, I know the drawings are rough and don't tell you everything......Hmm.. Maybe #2 is better. Better symmetry and slightly bigger room for mixing. If nothing else, just thinking out loud guys.

yeah - the second plan is the way to go longer and better shaped control room.
