Man, I just noticed now that you and 4 others bought it too.
Kunaki is weird. I think it's totally automated, but they do some things the long way. Like, when someone buys a CD through Paypal, I know because the total amount goes into my Paypal account. I then have to transfer the shipping cost plus $1 back to Kunaki from Paypal for them to ship it out.
But when someone buys one through Visa or MC, I have no way of knowing unless I check the "Retail Sales".
To make it even weirder, instead of just transferring the money to me through Paypal, they're going to mail me a check at the end of the month.
I love their set-up, but a few things are hard to understand why they do it that way.
Thanx Greg. I hope you enjoy it. I personally can't even listen to it. I'm not just saying that. A lot of those songs were written and recorded in my other place in a shitty sounding garage, I wasn't writing good songs, a few things in my life were shit, andI just wanted to get it over with (the CD, not my life...it wasn't that bad....
). I didn't even take the title and cover seriously. I just wanted to get it out so I can forget about those songs. I promised myself that I'm going to send a free copy of my next CD to everyone that buys this one. For some reason, as soon as I finished this CD, I started writing good songs again.

The original "Rubber soul" was thought to be a pun on the base of a shoe, but it has a more sinister origin. It was a piss take by the Beatles at the Rolling Stones, Mick Jagger in particular. Black American artists used to laugh at Jagger's dancing behind his back and call his singing plastic soul so the Beats, seeing that in '65 the Stones were their main competitors in the UK and were coming out with some seriously adventurous stuff {fuzz guitars, deep and sexy lyrics}, decided to take a lighthearted jab and plastic soul became.......How about that stupid album title, eh?
I sort of regret calling it that, but I don't take titles that seriously. I was just being silly.
Also, I don't think anyone under 35 will even get it.
And no one was any the wiser.
But RAMI's not jabbing Jagger !
