OK, I listened again... the mix is top heavy, lots of cymbals and high end, but I can't hear the kick drum and the bass sounds hollow. The vocals don't sit or blend well, it sounds like they were recorded at a different location, plus the vocals need to be brought louder.
Hey, keep playing and having fun, but even this type of music requires good timing and playing, so work on those things. Recording your performances is a good idea because you can listen to them later and hear the mistakes and timing issues.
I remember when I was in a band, we recorded some practice stuff and when we listened to our 'recording' ... man, we really stunk up the joint. But while we were playing, it sounded great, to us anyway. Its hard to be objective and really listen to yourself with a critical ear.
At this stage in your musical career, recording should just be a tool to hear what you really sound like, not to get other people to listen to you. Just my opinion, but you know I'm right. later
