I love the technique of overlapping the vocal lines. I've been wanting to write a piece based on that very idea. The inspiration hasn't hit me yet though.

But back to your song, I'd like to hear some Simon and Garfunkel type harmonies on the vocal line.

This song works with just the keyboard, but I think some supporting instuments to help define the structure could add interest as well. I'm thinking acoustic guitar, maybe flute and/or violin.

Very pretty song!

Hey, You got a real nice voice and lovely sounding guitar/micing techniques. I like how the vocals take turns to sing, maybe a little different eq on each vocal track will make them more distinctive from each other. The guitar sounds a little boomy, maybe you can cut a little, say, 160hz and below.

Nice sounding tune over all.

Pretty song. I liked the overlapping technique as well, although I thought the overlap came on a bit strong - maybe move it back in the mix a bit. Some EQ on the lead vocals to carve out a smaller piece of the spectrum would I think enhance it a bit. Double tracking them would add depth.

I think a two or three part harmony would enhance the song as well. And I think if you picked up the tempo by 10-15 bpm's it would flow (or at least seem to flow) a little nicer.

I also kept thinking a second guitar part would be nice.

Very nice song. Good melody and lyrics. Someone else mentioned Simon and Garfunkel and this song sounds like something from Paul Simon's middle solo career. In fact, he might be a good guy to listen to, especially some of the rhythms he uses for his songs.

Which brings me to...well..rhythm! This one could benefit with some solid rhythm as it seems to be starting and stopping. Yet I hear the impled percussive track. Even some shakers, conga and tambourine would be cool. To that, add some bass and maybe a light piano or second guitar. I think thats about all I'd do.

Oh, I love the title! And your voice is strong too!

Very simplistic song. Kinda sleepy-sleepy tune. I think you should add some flavour in it. Not necessarily a solo or anything like that, but little things in the background to spice it up.
