This is my first mix. I recorded this on a digi 1 and digimax converters. This was done live at a show. with a local band. Let me know what you think. Thanks for your time

Ladies voice is very sweet...
Acoustic sounds a little what I would describe as sticky on the lower notes at the beginning, maybe to do with any delay/doubling? or perhaps compression?
All in all, pleasant to listen to on stereo speakers... can't comment on a very technical view... but sounds good this end...

Great voice and nice song. Sorry I can't offer help on the mix other than to say it's pretty close to acceptable.
