I just won my fist mic on ebay. I am sure it probably does not work. It will look good on my fireplace thou. I may even get one of those glass dome cases(the ones clocks are in) since its my first one.

Yup, it's the same mic - a cheap, high impedance mic, made by Wollensak for their home tape recorders.

7) 2 o.c. white 61900 (found on ebay $75)

Not bad i stayed well under $1500. I am sure i will get many a flame for the fw1082. Thats ok this is my starter set just to get me going. I will try to add to it every other week. Someday i will have real stuff.

Hey, there's nothing wrong with buying that 'cause you like how it looks. That it was cheap is even better!

I got this speaker at a yard sale for $20 a few years ago. I've never used it, but I think it looks cool.

I like it (especially the grill). In my town we have a pawn shop owner who is into amps. He built a whole wall cubbyhole style and filled it with amps that he has picked up over time. It looks realy cool. I would own a wall of vintage reel to reels if i had the room for it. . Anyone else have any pics of their new recently Purchased "vintage" that they are proud of.
