my Delta 1010 broken??

Okay the pci card is connected in the computer connected to the breakout box...and the ac adapter plugged too....the light on the breakout box is supposed to glow right? but it doesnt...what do u think is wrong? what i can sell it for?

They do have a reputation for power supply faults. From what I've seen, M-audio are quite good at fixing them, if you ask.
