My brand spanking new STUDIO!

heya - had this studio for about 2months now. ive changed the plans a lot - as in the way everythings set up. I'd like some help on finalising the design of the studio. its a one room studio. i also use it to practice in with my band. so changes need to be moveble etc. i was thinking of possibly large duvets hanging from the ceiling on a rail or something to give some separation for recording etc. how does this sound(no pun intended). i'll post the drawing of it now. then later i'll post some pictures of how its setup at the moment. if you could take a look and give me your opinions id be very grateful. many thanks.

I am starting a 3piece band, and I went to a guys house with my drummer and we jammed out a few songs...
the room was 3m by 3m (as is your live room).

I found it painfully inadequate for rehearsing in.

Just a thought.

thats why i cant permanantly sperarate the rooms. so any live room i create would have to be abe to be taken down so i can practice. my drum kit isnt the smallest ever either unfortunatly....
any ideas about how to over come this problem?
