Very good, yes, when compared to other budget mics, such as the Oktava MC-012, Rode NT5, ADK SC-1, and Joe Meek JM27.
Not so good when compared to mid level mics such as Josephson C42, Peluso CMC6 or AKG 451.
They suck when compared to high end mics like Schoeps CMC6/MK4, Microtech Gefell M295 or DPA 4011.
