MXL v63M??

Are MXL v63Ms good studio mics? They are going for $69 on closeout at Mars. I'm looking for a good studio vocal mic. Obviously, at this price, if they are good I'm going to pick one up. Likewise, at this price, this might mean that they suck.....

Any opinions on these mics?

I bought the Marshall MXL V63M a couple of months ago (as my first mic). I went in planning on buying a Shure SM58, but the sales guy talked me into the MXL, because I was mostly doing acoustic / vocals.....

I am not too pleased so far, BUT, i have nothing else to compare it too, and I am a newbie..... I would like to get a dynamic mic to compare it with.
