I saw a short YT B&W clip of a drummer playing an outrageously funky groove with just his right hand while his left held the hats closed. That was the inspiration for the beat on this jam, Halloween.

Hadn't played my SG for a couple of years and found it was tuned to drop C# so I went with that for a suitably grungy Halloween atmosphere. Don't listen alone! :D

Love it! Very sinister sounding, that groove is funky, hi-hat cool! Love the laughing sounds in background, SG sounding great , swampy riff! Great lyrics as well, very nice job:devilish:

Yeah swampy is a good word. Thanks for the listen strat

Great guitar tones....I could never get c# to sound good on my 1987x or fender bassman....perhaps I need a tighter amp?

Anyway I think this is a great, tongue in cheek track

Very cool! Swampy is perfect, lol! Love the drop tuning. And I love the ringy snare. Perfect for this tune! No complaints here!

Thanks for the listen man, appreciate it.

Yeah drop tuning can get a bit sloppy on the short scale necks. Can't dig in too hard. Thanks for the spin frank
