Is anyone else having this problem or had this problem and knows how to fix it or didn't have the problem and knows how to fix it?
Since I downloaded the new and improved (free) musicmatch, that is, version 6.1, I can't convert cds to mp3s. I AM able to convert a .wav file on my harddrive, but when I try to "record" from a cd, it freezes and shuts down the jukebox. This happens both at home and at the office, so it's probably not something in the PC(s) I'm using.
Can anyone help?
