Musicman amps

I've a RD 100.
I run it through a Leslie cab.
A very good amp in my opinion.
Two channel, reverb, dist.
Never a problem with it, just change a tube now and then.

I am thinking of buying a 210? Hybrid, 130 watts switchable to 60 with 2 10 inch speakers, is anyone familiar with this amp. I have a musicman hd130 but I have never used it.

Although I'm having difficulty posting with my little freezer prob on my comp, here I is.....

I have a '70s 112 RP (reverb/phaser) that I love.....65 watts and way heavy to move around.......bought it new from a mom and pop store.......I don't haul it around or abuse it too much, so I've never had to replace a tube.....I could live with out the phaser, but it was pretty cool when I was in my twenties....I'm sorta getting back into the phaser sound, though, because it can do a loopy wah thing if you mess with the controls......

very dependable amp....kinda hard to find now.....really nice reverb too.......shame they went away.......ernie ball co. would be smart to bring the line back.....Leo Fender pretty much said they were a step above the Fender amps that he was no longer associated with......but then MM got sold to ernie b....so go figure........gibs

Yeah, mine is heavy too.
Fact is, I use a cart, or dollie, like the beer delivery guys use, to move my stuff around.
I really like mine and use it all the time.
Wouldn't trade it.

I played at a loggers convention, outside, last summer. Cranked it. Never cracked or distorted the sound.

Yeah, it's too bad they don't still make 'em.

I got one...HD 130. The thing rocks. I got it used for 200 bucks in 1990, and have never had any trouble with it at all. I've hauled it gig to gig without a single issue. Would never sell it.

By the way...I'm Frank. New to the forum. This looks like a fun way to kill some time with some players.

My Music Man has prestine clean sounds and decent distortion when driven. A touch from my MXR lets me play anything. Ventures covers to nasty grunge. Later On. Need any details let me know.
