Hello, Everybody should check out the new act passed by congress in Oct. 2018 . It is directly related to payments to songwriters,publishers, etc..including all streaming services. MS..

PS ... I just received an e-mail from "Disc Makers" . They've got a pretty good article on this , covering the basic layout of the new act. It sounds like a great improvement over past laws.. MS ..
