Hi.
I have cool edit pro running on windows 2000 with an SB Audigy.
Anywho. Any time i try any multitrack recording, the existing tracks are written onto the track which is flagged for recording. eg. if i have a drum beat set up on track 1 and want to record a guitar on track 2. Then track 2 will record the guitar AND the drumbeat from the 1st track.
If its turned on, it even records the metronome!
Searching showed how to fix this by changing settings in the windows mixer, however, my soundcard came with its own mixer so that solution wasnt much help. Does anyone (prolly with the same s/card as me) know where the equivalent settings are in the mixer that comes with the audigy card?
thanks.
